This poultry slaughter line can use for chicken/duck goose/turkey/quail/pigeon and etc. Processing capacity starts from 500bph to 10,000bph. Scalding, defeathering and pre-chilliing parts are fully automatic.
This line basic function contains crates washing, stunning, bleeding, scalding, plucking(rough plucking and detailed plucking), carcass washing, pre-chilling, feet cutting, feet skin processing, head cutting, gizzard processing, and etc.
This line is applicable for demands of automation production of poultry such as slaughtering, soaking-scalding, deplication, wax-plucking, small-feather treatment, chamber-cutting, chamber-emptying, precooling, cutting frying, cooking and air drying etc. And all of these products can be designed and produced on your request as each slaughterhouse has its specific situation about its variety and amount of poultry.
