First. Drinking water immune method
Prepare enough drinking utensils to ensure that each chicken has a drinking place. Drinking utensils should be clean and free of rust and disinfectant and other substances that affect the quality of the vaccine. Plastic drinking utensils are best used.
With. Before immunization, stop drinking water for 2 to 3 hours according to weather conditions. Dilute and dissolve with cool tap water, rainwater, or cold water that does not contain chlorine and iron. Second, nasal drops, eye drops, mouth drops immune method
1. Nose drops
Put a drop of vaccine solution vertically into one eye or nostril of the chicken from a height of 1cm, wait for the vaccine to spread to the entire cornea or be inhaled into the nostril before putting the chicken, otherwise the instilled vaccine is easy to be thrown away.
Immune effect. If the vaccine stops at the nostril, press the opposite nostril to let it inhale. During the inoculation process, it is strictly forbidden to compare the speed and be sloppy. It is forbidden to put the dripper into the conjunctiva of the eye to drip liquid. Not only is it easy to damage the conjunctiva, but the droplets are of different sizes.
2. Drip immunoassay
With the abdomen of the chicken facing the sky, hold the back of the head and neck with your index finger, press the front head and neck with your thumb, and drop 1 drop of vaccine solution 1 cm above the mouth after opening the mouth. Stop drinking any drug within 24 hours before and after the instillation

Third, the neck subcutaneous injection method
Separate the index finger and thumb of one hand and squeeze the cortex to the top of the chicken head from bottom to top to lift it up. Don’t just pull the feathers. When the injection is correct, you can feel the vaccine moving under the skin, and there is no resistance to the bolus. The needle insertion position should be below the middle of the dorsal side of the neck. The needle tip does not damage the neck muscles and bones, otherwise it is easy to cause swollen head or neck growth. At the same time, the needle body should be in a straight line with the head and neck, which can reduce the chance of puncture. If the needle pierces the skin, the vaccine solution will flow out, which can be seen or touched. If piercing is found, it should be refilled.
Four, intramuscular injection
At the 1/3 of the chest outside the keel, pierce the pectoral muscle with an 18-gauge needle at a 30-degree angle toward the back. Do not pierce the pectoral muscle vertically to avoid piercing the chest cavity. At the same time, avoid excessively piercing the periosteum. It is easy to enter the crop when the needle is inserted too far, and it is easy to damage the internal organs if it is too far behind. Five, spray immunity
Drive the chickens to one side of the longer wall, spray at the top of the flock 30-50cm, and walk while spraying. At least two to three rounds of spraying should be used to spray the vaccine evenly. Doors and windows can be opened only 20 minutes after spraying, because it takes about 20 minutes for a good spray mist to reach the ground.

This method is mostly used for fowlpox vaccination, with a special diluent. After docking with plastic connectors, dissolve and shake well.
